what is a shadow?
Your shadow isn’t the evil in you. It’s the parts you were never able to face — the grief you buried, the anger you swallowed, the softness you hid to stay safe. Not darkness. Just the unlit side of you.
Shadow work is the practice of turning toward those parts — slowly, gently, without fear. What you can finally see, you can hold. And what you hold stops ruling you from the dark.
And here’s the turn most people miss: your shadow isn’t only something to heal. It’s a teacher. Every part you exiled was guarding something you needed — your anger keeping your boundaries, your numbness keeping you safe. Turn toward it, and it hands the gift back. You heal it; it teaches you.

Through small, honest days. You meet a shadow, tend it, and heal wounded parts over time — deliberately paced over at least three days, because this work isn’t meant to be rushed. As you rise, your shadow visibly transforms from monster toward whole.
The core practice — meeting and tending your shadow, journaling, grounding, and crisis support — is always free. INtegration+ adds more shadows and journals. Light Tokens are cosmetic only, with no cash value, and are never required to heal.
